Operations
The Operations Department oversees the technical, Leisure Centre and Wellness Fitness Centre operations.
Human Resources
The Human Resources department is categorised in to 4 sections:

Development and Partnership Department (DPD)
DPD is the department that deals with Client partnerships, funding bids, contract building and consultancy
Marketing Communications
The Marcoms team is responsible for the marketing, commuications and PR of GLL, including the areas of:
- Corporate marketing
- The GLL and customer brands
- Core activity areas such as gym, swim, group exercise, racquet sports, sports courses, junior activities
- Campaigns and promotions
- Marketing support for business support functions such as Healthwise, GLL Green, spa LONDON, GLL Sport Foundation
Business Administration
This department oversees the financial side of the business, including Financial Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll
Member Services
The Member Services department manage the prepaid and pay & play member data.
ICT
This department ensures GLL has the right hardware and software requirements in place, not only for staff but also for customers by introducing new front-end systems to increase efficiencies.
