Leisure Centre / Kennington Park Sports Facilities

As of April 1st 2011, Lambeth Council Sport and Recreation Service will be introducing a new fees and charges structure. The new fees and charges structure will provide greater transparency, and fairness in booking Lambeth parks and open space sports facilities. The new fees and charges structure come as a result of the current economical climate, in addition to our fees and charges not being inflated since 2007/2008. Lambeth Council Sport and Recreation Service is to generate sufficient income from sport facility bookings to maintain and upkeep these facilities. While Lambeth does not generate a profit from the fees, every booking contributes towards better maintenance programmes and management of our facilities.

All individuals 16 years and under whom have a valid REAL plus card will have free booking access to Lambeth Parks tennis facilities. Real plus card application forms can be downloaded from the Council website at www.lambeth.gov.uk or available from Brixton Recreation Centre.
