Meadowside Leisure Centre Closure Update

The fitness centre will close to the public from Wednesday 28 November.

The Group Exercise Programme will move to the Eltham Centre and will commence from Monday 3 December.

All other courses and classes will be moved to the Eltham Centre and commence from Sunday 16 December.

We are delighted to announce the first phase of the brand new Eltham Leisure Centre will open on Wednesday the 28th November. Our Fitness Centre will open from 7am - 10pm and from 9am - 5pm on weekends. The Fitness Centre includes a full range of state-of-the art Technogym equipment including Cardio and Resistance machines. Two dedicated stretch areas, swiss balls, a selection of free weights and TV's and music stations galore!
The Group Exercise programme will commence from Monday the 3rd December. Full details of the programme can be found by clicking on the Group Exercise button on the right of this page.

Visit us from Wednesday to have a tour of the facilities and find out about the fabulous range of memberships we offer. There's definitely a package to suit everyone!
Phase Two of the opening programme will take place in a few weeks time and will include the three new swimming pools. Full details of opening times and pool programmes will be available here shortly.
The Eltham Centre will provide first class leisure, library, educational, community and council services to local residents. The innovative and attractive Centre is pioneering the way Greenwich Council is delivering its services in the future, and GLL are very excited to be a part of this project.

The leisure element of the new centre includes:
8 lane 25m competition pool with a seated spectator viewing area
Family pool
Spa pool with Health Suite (Sauna & Steam Room)
State of the art fitness centre with cardiovascular and resistance machines
Group Exercise studio
Purpose built Crèche
