LIDO'S QUEST FOR IMPROVEMENT

The Capital's only 50m heated outdoor swimming pool has improved its standards yet again with an approved QUEST score of 79%, up 4% from the last inspection.

QUEST is a leisure industry accreditation that measures leisure centres on their standards of customer service, safety, cleanliness, business management and understanding the local community. 

The success in achieving this "Highly Commended" award shows Hackney leisure centres are consistently operating a high quality standard for users with all six leisure centres now QUEST accredited, one of which is Clissold Leisure Centre the 1st leisure centre in London to achieve the top 'Excellent' standard for QUEST, the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure.  

This follows the success of Hackney leisure centres also being the first Leisure Service in London to achieve Customer Service Excellence, the new government quality standard.

GLL, in partnership with Hackney Council, is committed to maintaining these standards and aims to make continuous improvements in service delivery to benefit the local community.
