Wellness Health Check
What is the Wellness Health Check Scheme?
GLL is working in partnership with Central Surrey Health to offer Wellness Health Check assessments. This will comprise of a fully comprehensive Health and Lifestyle assessment carried out by a qualified NHS Nurse to enhance a healthy lifestyle.
The assessments will usually last for up to an hour and will include the following:
- Consultation with a fully qualified NHS Nurse
- Personalised goal setting
- Personalised fitness programme
- An extensive health assessment including:
o Body Mass Index Check (BMI)
o Blood Pressure Check
o Diabetes Check
Who is this for?
Anyone over 16 who wishes to stay on top of their health and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Where is this available and how do I book a session?
These are now available on an appointment basis at the Rainbow Leisure Centre, East Street, Epsom, KT17 1BN.

What do I need to bring with me once I have booked my Wellness Health Check?
You need to complete the pre-assessment questionnaire. A copy of this will be sent to the Nurse and Fitness Instructor prior to your assessment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing. It may be possible to complete the personalised fitness programme straight after the initial health assessment, but the centre will not always be able to facilitate this. If you wish to complete the assessments at the same time, you will need clothing suitable for the gym and trainers.
