Participating in sport provides children with transferable skills they can use for everyday life activities. Sport is also proven to encourage teamwork, co-operation, develop agility, co-ordination and self confidence.
London Sports Courses have hundreds of sports courses on offer across London throughout the year, so there is bound to be something to fit your schedule.
Our centres also offer drop-in sessions for children who would like to try a sport before enrolling on a course. Drop-in sports sessions include Badminton and Mini Tennis and more - for more information please refer to the attachment in the drop down box above.

This is an opportunity to develop your athletics skills in a safe environment led by UK Athletics qualified coaches.
