Aspirational mapping is a process which helps identify what interests you and keeps you motivated. Everyone is motivated by something, whether it be the desire to look and feel better, sport performance or for health and happiness.

A fun programme all about variation and social interaction such as circuit training or group exercise classes. A balance programme works on body awareness, flexibilty and improving balance. A power programme is a more traditional programme based upon improved appearance and muscle growth.
A move programme progresses into functional training to improve everyday movement. A shape programme works on weight loss and improving body shape. A sports programme is a general athletic conditioning programme as a basis for many sports.

What makes you move?

Aspirational mapping is now available at the following leisure centres. All you need to do is select your centre and complete the online survey. Once you have your aspiration mapping results, book in for an induction or Re-focus session with your Fitness Instructor for a tailor-made programme to help you get the results you want!
