Belfast Contact Centre Reigns Supreme
Last month, the Hilton Hotel in Belfast hosted the awards gala for the prestigious Contact Centre Network of Northern Ireland (CCNNI) annual awards.
The event offers a unique opportunity for contact centre and customer experience professionals across Northern Ireland to meet, share ideas and best practice across the region. With over sixty-five member organisations, the CCNNI represents over 30,000 employees across Northern Ireland.
