As the UK's largest leisure and cultural trust, GLL has grown from strength to strength, operating over 380 high-standard, inclusive, and accessible venues, and welcoming over 59 million visitors annually. GLL Gender Pay Report 2025

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between men’s and women’s average earnings across the same organisation or the labour market as a whole. In 2025, the UK the gender pay gap was 6.9% - down from 7.0% in 2024 (source: Office for National Statistics, April 2024) in favour of men.

Our median gender pay gap is -2.4%. This means that the median average hourly pay of our females is 2.4% higher than our males.
