Company Secretary & Senior Development Manager

Kulvinder has over 30 years' experience across local government, the voluntary sector and the leisure industry, including more than 20 years with GLL.

As Company Secretary and Senior Development Manager, she supports the Board and Executive Team in delivering strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance and effective decision-making, while leading strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Kulvinder has extensive governance experience, having served as a Worker Board Member, member of the Audit Sub Committee and representative on the GLL Sport Foundation.

Her passion is building trusted relationships and ensuring governance frameworks support sustainable growth, community impact and long-term organisational success. Outside of work, she supports a number of voluntary and community organisations as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on governance, organisational development and capacity building.

Her personal philosophy is to lead with integrity, promote transparency and create positive outcomes for GLL colleagues, customers and communities.
