Head of Pay and Pensions

Sandra started her Payroll career 20 years ago with her first role as an Administrator for Capita Business Services, where she found her continuing passion for Payroll. She completed her Payroll Degree soon after joining GLL and used the experience to support and guide the team during system transitions to PeopleXD.

Through professional studies her knowledge has expanded into Pensions, and after consolidating her position as Payroll Manager, she rose to Deputy Department Head and earlier this year was promoted to Head of Payroll and Pensions.

Sandra is responsible for ensuring the payroll is delivered monthly for over 12,000 staff whilst ensuring compliance with both HMRC and The Pension Regulator Regulations, the successful delivery of which is only possible with the support of the fantastic team who share Sandra’s commitment.
